Refund policy
All sales are final for the Prima Nocta base game.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at primanoctagame@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
