Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or holidays.

Shipping Method

We generally ship orders using the most cost-effective shipping method available at the time of shipment. This may include USPS or other carriers.

Shipping method selection is determined by us and cannot be customized at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the issue must be resolved with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
